Fish Talk Global Website
The Fish Talk Global website is a freelancing project built on WIX for a small educational business that provides multilingual classroom training courses and one-on-one career coaching to optimise career prospects for clients. Being a community based business, they required a chinese and english blogging space along with a notice board to promote their upcomming events and seminars. Working as the Designer, I was also required to redesign the logo and branding of the business.
Evolving the Logo

The original logo was refined to bring out more characteristics of the business. From the colour to the original logo, I wanted to adjust it to a more vibrant yellow that is more refreshing to appeal to the users who are university students or graduates.
Including the english and chinese name of the business make the logo more universal as they have both chinese and english clients.
I wanted to express the comminity characteristic of the business by designing the fish to gravitate towards the "talk", a space of exchange in knowledge.

Visual Design
Once the logo was established, a collage of images and tonal colours were gathered to create a consistent theme throughout the website. Since the hero colour of the logo was yellow, the use of multiple tones of grey were utilised to accent the yellow and maintain a educational and professional visual design.
